# How to Use the $WAI Payment System

## Overview

$WAI Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model powers all billing model powers all billing the WORLD3 platform. In this system, users top up $WAI tokens to receive WAI Credits, which are required to access all paid features within the ecosystem.

### 1. What are WAI Credits?

WAI Credits are the only consumption unit in WORLD3. All premium services — including AI Chats, Agent Tasks, Crystal Caves, and Plugin Unlocks — require WAI Credits.**WAI Credits vs. $WAI Token**

* $WAI is the platform’s utility token, deployed on BNB Chain.
* To obtain more WAI Credits, users should top up $WAI tokens through the payment module.
* Once recharged, your $WAI balance is automatically converted into WAI Credits for platform usage.
* $WAI tokens themselves are not directly consumed. Only the converted WAI Credits are deducted when using premium features.

### 2. Daily Free Credits

* Every user receives 150 free WAI Credits per day.
* Free Credits reset daily at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over to the next day.

### 3. Permanent Credits

* Credits earned through $WAI token top-ups or via referrals, quests, and community rewards are considered Permanent Credits.
* Permanent Credits do not expire, and are used only after your daily Free Credits are exhausted.

### 4. How Credits Are Used?

Credits are consumed automatically when you:

* Start an AI Chat
* Execute an Agent Task
* Explore Crystal Caves
* Unlock or run Plugins

…and more advanced platform features.

## What is Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)?

Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) is a **flexible consumption model**.

* There is no fixed subscription fee.
* Users can recharge WAI Credits at any time as needed.
* WAI Credits will be automatically deducted when the function is used.

Advantages: Suitable for users with different usage habits, whether it is occasional or frequent use, it can achieve "pay as much as you use".

## How to Use Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)?

### 1. Open Billing Page

* After logging in to WORLD3, **click Billing** in the left sidebar or select the WAI Credits card to open the billing page.
* You can view in Usage Statistics:
  * **Balance** — the number of WAI Credits currently available, including daily free credits
  * **Total Usage** — The total amount of WAI Credits consumed, including daily free credits
  * **Total Top-Up** — the total amount of $WAI recharged
* Additionally, you can check: **Credits History** to see WAI Credits earned or spent, and **Payment History** to review all past recharge transactions.

**Note:** The Billing page is the central hub for all PAYG activities — including recharges, usage tracking, and record history. It is recommended to check it regularly to monitor your overall credit usage.

### 2. Recharge WAI Credits (via $WAI tokens)

* On the Billing page, **click Top-Up** to open the Buy WAI Credits window.
* In the pop-up window：
  * Select a preset top-up amount or enter a custom value.
  * Confirm the conversion details — the system displays the amount of $WAI tokens to be paid and the corresponding USD reference value in real time.
  * **Click Pay** to proceed to the next step.

**Note:**

* The minimum recharge amount is **200 WAI Credits** to prevent frequent micropayments by users.
* The dollar value displayed by the system is for reference only, as the price of $WAI fluctuates with the market.

### 3. Select A Wallet

* After **clicking Pay**, the Select a Wallet for Payment window will appear.
* If you have already bound the **BNB Chain wallet**, the $WAI balance will be displayed automatically.
* If not bound, a **Bind BNB Chain Wallet** pop-up window will appear, bind your BNB Chain wallet to proceed.

**$WAI** **balance** description:

* ✅ **Sufficient** → If your $WAI balance is sufficient, **click Confirm** to continue payment.\

* ❌ **Insufficient** → Your $WAI balance is insufficient. Please purchase $WAI from an exchange first, after that return to complete the payment.

**Click** **Buy $WAI** to enter the **Purchase $WAI Tokens** pop-up window if your $WAI balance is insufficient. Choose a CEX or DEX to buy $WAI token.

**Note:**

* Currently **only** **BNB Chain** is supported, more chains or fiat currency payments may be supported in the future.
* Users can unlink old wallets and bind new wallet addresses.

### 4. Confirm Payment

* After selecting your wallet, the system will display a Confirm Payment window.
  * Payment Method
  * Wallet Address
  * Purchase Amount （Recharge WAI Credits Quantity）
  * Consume Token （Amount of $WAI consumed）
  * Network Fee (Make sure your wallet has enough gasfee)
  * Total Cost （$WAI + Network Fee ）
* The system will highlight that "Please confirm all details before proceeding. This transaction cannot be reversed once confirmed."<br>

* After **clicking the Confirm button**, a wallet selection window will pop up. Select the corresponding wallet address to complete the transaction.<br>

Payment result:

* ✅ **Payment successful** → Your WAI Credits have been added instantly, and your balance has been updated in real time.<br>

* ❌ **Payment Cancelled** → You cancelled the transaction in your wallet. Please try again if you wish to continue the payment.
* ⚠️ **Payment failure** → The transaction may have failed due to insufficient gas fees or a network error. Please check your wallet and try again.

**Note**：

* If the user does not confirm, the payment request will remain valid for **30 minutes**.
* Users can find unfinished orders in **Payment History** and pay again.

### Low Balance Alerts & Credit Depletion

* When your balance falls below **70 WAI Credits**:
  * A warning banner appears at the top of the Billing page.
  * Balance (WAI Credits) in Usage Statistics will display warning tags.
* When your WAI Credits are fully depleted:
  * The premium features stop immediately.
  * If an agent task is running at that time, you’ll receive an **email notification** indicating that your WAI Credits are insufficient. Please top up to resume.

**Note:**

* Once your **WAI Credits exceed 70**, the low balance warning will automatically disappear.
* For scheduled tasks or long-running agents, if your WAI Credits run out during execution, the task will be paused or interrupted until you top up again.
