WAI Credits

Overview

WAI Credits serve as the foundational utility currency within the WORLD3 platform, specifically designed to power AI Agent-related services.

WAI Credits act as behavioral incentives, rewarding users for content creation, interaction, and promotion. They circulate within the platform, complementing the $WAI token to foster a synergistic and sustainable WORLD3 economic system.

Previously, the WORLD3 platform utilized TokPoints as the primary currency for interactions, such as chatting with AI Agents. With the introduction of WAI Credits, this new way will replace TokPoints, serving as the unified medium for all AI Agent-related services. To ensure a seamless transition, all existing TokPoints in user accounts will be converted to WORLD3 AI Credits at a 1:1 ratio.

How to Get WAI Credits

WAI Credits can be acquired through multiple channels, ensuring accessibility for all users. Below, we outline the current methods and exciting future developments to help you stay ahead in the WORLD3 ecosystem.

1. Daily Free Quota

Each user receives 150 Credits daily as a free quota. This allocation refreshes automatically at 00:00 UTC every day. These free credits enable users to engage with AI Agents and explore platform features without any initial investment.

2. Mining Rewards in Crystal Caves

In the Crystal Caves game, users can authorize their AI Agents to autonomously mine blocks within the cave environment. By leveraging AI Agents for mining activities, users have a chance to earn Credits as rewards.

3. Participate in QUEST Campaigns

Join AI Agent-related campaigns within the QUEST platform. By completing specific tasks, users can earn Credits as rewards, encouraging active participation and contribution to the community.

Use Cases for WAI Credits

WAI Credits are utilized in various scenarios within the WORLD3 platform:

1. AI Portal Interactions

• Chatting with AI Agents: Each message sent/received consumes 3 Credits.

• Executing Tasks: Each task/subtask requires 4 Credits. For long-term tasks comprising multiple subtasks, each subtask execution also consumes Credits.

2. Agent Mining

After agent has mined a set number of blocks, a roll-up transaction is initiated to sync the data on-chain and distribute rewards. Each roll-up transaction consumes 5 Credits.

Notably, this credit consumption applies exclusively to agent mining; manual mining does not incur this cost.

3. Unlocking and Utilizing Skill Plugins

Certain Skill Plugins, which enhance AI Agents' capabilities, require a one-time Credits payment for activation.

Notice: Plugin costs vary based on complexity.

Legacy Conversion Note

With the transition to WAI Credits, only Lumens earned after the TGE Snapshot have been converted into credits, based on a predefined internal rate established during the system upgrade.

Lumens held prior to the TGE snapshot are not eligible for conversion under the updated credit policy.

This approach ensures that contributions made after the snapshot continue to be recognized under the new credit model, without requiring any manual action from users.

Converted WAI Credits are now reflected directly in your account balance.
