5. Rating and Reviewing Agents
Ratings help other users discover great agents and provide builders with valuable input for improvements. User feedback is essential for maintaining a high-quality Agent Market. After trying an agent, we encourage you to leave a rating and review. Your ratings help other users discover excellent agents and provide creators with valuable feedback for improvements.
When You Can Rate: In order to leave a rating/review for an agent, you must have chatted with the agent at least 5 times before you can submit a review. Additionally, you cannot rate an agent you created, and you can only review each agent once.
How to Rate an Agent: Once you meet these requirements, a "Rate" button will appear. You can find the "Rate" button in two locations:
Agent Information page – a prominent "Rate" button will be displayed.
Chat page – at the top of the chat interface, a "Rate" button will appear for eligible users.

Click the Rate button from either location to open the Rating & Review pop-up window:
Star Rating: Choose from 1 to 5 stars by clicking on the star bar to give your rating.
Written Review: Once you select a star rating, a text field labeled "Any more feedback?" will appear. Here you can optionally write a brief review describing your experience with the agent.
After Submission: Your review will be publicly visible on the agent's page and will be marked as your review for easy identification.

Viewing and Liking Other Reviews: Browse other users' reviews in the Reviews section on the Agent Details page. When you find a helpful review, show your support by clicking the thumbs-up icon.

Rating Statistics: Bar chart displaying the distribution of 1-5 star ratings for your agents (real-time).
Reviews Word Cloud: Visual word cloud generated from user review text. By default, combines reviews from all your agents, with a dropdown to filter by specific agent.
8. View details and manage Agent
When a user clicks on an agent’s avatar—whether in My AI Agents, on the Agent Market website, or within a Chat page—the Agent Details page opens directly to the Profile tab. The visible and editable fields depend on whether the viewer is the creator or a regular user.
Creator view
When you (as the creator) open the Profile page—whether before or after publishing—certain fields are always visible and editable. In the Basic Info section, you can update the agent’s Avatar, Nickname, and Gender, while Medals remain visible but non-editable. The Private Instructions section is marked [Creator’s only].
After publishing, additional fields appear in the Publish Info section: Category, Tags, Agent Introduction, and Agent Link. The Agent Link provides a copy function and a "Share on X" button for quick promotion. A "View on Market" button also appears in the Basic Info section, allowing you to view the agent's public listing. Additionally, a notice under the "Save" button reminds you: “Notice: Edits to published Agents will take effect on other users. Please ensure all edits maintain accuracy and reliability.”

User View
When a regular user views another person’s agent:
Basic Info section is visible but read-only (no edit options)
Medals reflect the user’s own interaction history (badges appear as they accumulate chats)
A "View on Market" button is present to view the public agent listing
Publish Info section is visible but fully read-only
Users can copy the Agent Link and share it via the "Share on X" button
