# How to Use and Manage WORLD3 AI Credits

## Introduction

**WORLD3 AI Credits** serve as the foundational utility currency within the WORLD3 platform, specifically designed to power AI Agent-related services.

These credits can be recharged by spending **Lumens**, the platform's off-chain utility token. The Credits act as behavioral incentives, rewarding users for content creation, interaction, and promotion. They circulate within the platform, complementing the [$WAI token](https://docs.world3.ai/world3/readme/tokenomics) to foster a synergistic and sustainable WORLD3 economic system.<br>

## Viewing Your Credits Balance

To monitor your Credits balance, follow these methods:

**Method 1: Via Sidebar Navigation**

1. Navigate to the bottom of the sidebar on the WORLD3 platform interface. Your current WORLD3 AI Credits balance will be displayed here.

2. Click on the balance opens the WORLD3 AI Credits popup, providing a detailed breakdown:

   1. Daily Free Credits: Displays the remaining portion of your daily 150 free credits.
   2. Bonus & Purchased Credits: Shows credits acquired through recharges, mining, or campaigns.

**Method 2: Via Chat Page**

1. On the **Chat** page, locate your credit balance at the top-left corner.
2. Clicking on the balance allows for immediate access to the **Top Up** options, facilitating quick recharges.

**Low Balance Notifications**

* If your credit balance is insufficient during usage, the platform will display prompts within the **Chat** and **Task Log** windows.
* These notifications include direct links to the **Top Up** interface, enabling swift recharging to continue uninterrupted usage.

## Topping Up your Credits

To recharge your WORLD3 AI Credits:

1. Access the WORLD3 AI Credits popup via the sidebar or chat page as described above.
2. Click the **Top Up** button within the popup.
3. Choose from the following recharge options using **Lumens**:
   1. **500 Credits**: Standard rate.
   2. **2,000 Credits**: Includes a **10% discount**.
   3. **5,000 Credits**: Includes a **20% discount**.
4. Select the desired amount based on your needs, confirm your selection in the confirmation popup, and the recharge will be completed.

## Viewing Credit History

To track your WORLD3 AI Credits transactions:

1. Within the WORLD3 AI Credits popup, select the **Credit History** tab.
2. This section provides a detailed log of your credit changes, including both income and expenditure.
3. Utilize filters to sort records by type or date range for easier tracking.
4. Click the **Refresh** icon at the top-right corner to update the history with the latest transactions.

## Utilizing WORLD3 AI Credits

Each user is granted **150 free Credits daily**, which refresh automatically at **00:00 UTC**. These credits can be utilized across various platform features:

* **Chatting with AI Agents**: Each chat session consumes **3 Credits**.
* **Executing Tasks**: Initiating a task requires **4 Credits**. For tasks comprising multiple subtasks, each subtask execution also consumes **4 Credits**.
* **Agent Mining in Crystal Caves**:
  * Authorizing AI Agents to perform mining operations may result in Credit rewards.
  * Note: Each roll-up transaction during agent mining consumes **5 Credits**. Manual mining does not incur this cost.
* **Unlocking Premium Skill Plugins**: Certain advanced skill plugins require Credits for activation and use, enhancing your AI Agent's capabilities within the platform.
