Overview

  1. The PSP Season 2 Participants Vesting is a reward program for Matrix Land or Soul Dragon Eggs NFT holders who have participated in PSP Season 2 Staking.

  2. This program aims to reward early adopters by distributing $WAI tokens based on their earnings from the PSP Season 2 Staking program.

  3. The total vesting amount is 30,000,000 $WAI (3% of the total token supply) and the rewards will be unlocked linearly over time.

Eligibility

To receive this vesting reward, you must meet the following conditions:

  1. NFT Requirements:

Hold Matrix Land or Soul Dragon Eggs NFTs.

  1. Staking requirements:

Participated in PSP Season 2 Staking (August 12, 2025 – October 31, 2025 UTC) and received PSP rewards.

  1. Account verification requirements:

During the information collection phase (November 12, 2025 - January 5, 2026 UTC), email verification and wallet signature verification have to be completed.

Vesting Preparation

January 5 - January 12, 2026 (UTC)

Contract data and wallet mappings are being finalized to ensure the vesting eligibility is accurately reflected. This process will not affect the unlock schedule.

Airdrop Distribution

January 12 - September 12, 2026 (UTC)

User rewards will be unlocked linearly every second during this period and all eligible participants will receive their unlocked $WAI airdrop.

Notice: The Vesting start date is December 12, 2025 (UTC). Vesting begins immediately and unlocks on a per-second linear basis for all successfully registered users.

The specific rules are as follows:

Participation and Verification Process

1. Email and wallet address verification.

Step1: If you are not logged in, you can click Sign in to join Vesting to log in to your World3 account.

Step2: View Your Results section will show you the total amount of PSP you earned from staking in PSP. Then click the Bind BNB Chain Wallet button to bind your address.

Step3: Select the corresponding wallet. JoyID is currently not supported for claiming. Please select another wallet that supports full claiming functionality.

Step4: Click Verify & Submit button to start the registration. If you want to change your linked email address or wallet address, simply click the Change email and Unlink buttons respectively.

Step5: Email Verification β€”β€” Enter the verification code received in your email, then click Confirm button.

Step6: Signature Verification β€”β€” Click the Sign button to verify your wallet address.

Step7: Activate the corresponding wallet in the wallet selection pop-up window.

Notice：

  • If wallet and address verification fails, proceed to Steps 4-7 again.

  • Once verification is complete, your email and wallet address cannot be modified.

2. Complete Vesting Registration

Once both the email and wallet are successfully verified, your information will be automatically submitted. The button will then update to β€œSubmitted”.

Notice: All of the above operations require prior participation in PSP Season 2 and possession of PSP.

Vesting & Airdrop

Airdrop Distribution：

  1. 1st Distribution: January 12, 2026 (UTC)

    1. Rewards will be distributed to all eligible users after registration processing is complete.

    2. Distribution details (e.g. exact time, delivery method) will be announced via an official Tweet (For more details, please follow https://x.com/WORLD3_AI).

  2. Vesting Rules:

    1. The unlocking period will last from December 12, 2025 to September 12, 2026 (UTC).

    2. Rewards unlock on a per-second linear basis throughout the vesting period.

    3. The airdropped amount will reflect your vested amount as of the distribution date.

Ineligible Users

This vesting is limited to Matrix Land and SOUL Dragon Eggs NFT holders who actively participated in PSP Season 2. If you are not eligible for this vesting, you will see the following message:
