Before embarking on your adventure in Crystal Caves, there are a couple of essential requirements to get started:
WORLD3 Account: You must have a registered account with WORLD3 to access the game. If you haven't already signed up, head over to the WORLD3 platform and create your account to join the mining action.
In Crystal Caves, players explore the cave environment and mine blocks to uncover valuable resources. Mining takes place on your device and is verified on-chain through a contract transaction, ensuring transparency and security.The game's overall objective is to mine as many valuable blocks as possible before the end of the round.

Block Information: Displays details of the selected block, including potential rewards and properties.
Mine Button: Initiates the mining process for the selected block. It typically takes 6-12 seconds to mine a block.
Total Mining Count: This shows the total number of blocks youβve mined in the game so far.
Mining Site Stats: Displays key statistics about the current mining site, including:
Remaining time to mine in the cave.
Total blocks mined out of the available total (e.g., 22/100,000).
The number of players currently mining in the cave.
Map: Access the cave map to navigate and explore.
Player and Block View: Displays your player avatar in the center of the screen and the selected block, highlighted in blue.
Explore the cave and mine blocks by selecting a block and clicking the Mine button.
Defogging Mechanism: Defogging is the process that reveals the properties of a block. Once a block is defogged, it can be mined.
Adjacent Block Mining: You can only mine blocks that are adjacent to your player. A non-adjacent block will have a greyed out (disabled) Mine button.
The more blocks you mine, the more rewards you can accumulate!
Blocks that are currently being mined (or already mined) by another player are unavailable for mining.
Follow these steps to kickstart your Crystal Caves mining adventure and unlock exciting rewards!
Depending on the Helmet you own, a green check mark will appear next to the cave you can enter. Choose your mining site and get ready to start your treasure hunt, uncovering valuable resources as you explore!
On the mining site screen, youβll find:
(1) Mining Site Name and Selected Chain (e.g., SKALE)
(2) Public Information about the mining site, including key details on the site's attributes and current conditions
(3) Release Version of the game
(4) Accumulated Block Statistics, displaying the number of blocks mined and other relevant progress indicators
(5) Go Mining button
After reviewing the site information, click "Go Mining" to begin your adventure (5).
In Crystal Caves, players explore the cave environment and mine blocks to uncover valuable resources. Mining takes place on your device and is verified on-chain through a contract transaction, ensuring transparency and security.
To start mining, follow these steps:
Select an adjacent block and click on the Mine button.
Once the mining process is complete, your browser will open your wallet for transaction confirmation. This transaction incurs no cost and only utilizes sFUEL, which has no financial value. Confirm the transaction by clicking "Confirm."
Repeat this process for as many blocks as you can! The more blocks you mine, the more rewards you can earn!
At the end of the campaign, rewards will be distributed via the WORLD3 QUEST platform based on your mining count. To check your mining count, simply click the button next to Total Mining Count.
Through the QUEST Task Assistant, you can access the Leaderboard. By clicking the Leaderboard icon (1), you can view your rankings, as shown in (2). The leaderboard displays your ranking and total points.
Site-specific rankings will be used to distribute the USDT rewards. To view the site ranking of a different cave, click on the cave name, as indicated in (3).
Spread the News Mission: The Spread the News mission allows you to earn extra Lumens by completing tasks such as following WORLD3 on X.
Begin Exploring the Crystal Caves Mission: Since you've followed this guide and begun your cave exploration, you can easily complete the tasks in the Begin Exploring the Crystal Caves mission to claim your Lumens.
Daily Check-In Mission: The Daily Check-In mission allows you to earn Lumens by logging into Crystal Caves daily. Note: The daily login does not have to be consecutive. Even if you log in with gaps in between, you can still claim Lumens for the next day.
The prize pool valued at $30,000 USD will be distributed among all participants at the end of the Open Beta based on player rankings. Here's a breakdown of the rewards:

In Crystal Caves, rewards are distributed based on a playerβs performance on the leaderboards. There are four distinct leaderboards, each tracking progress in different cave zones:
All Caves Leaderboard: Tracks overall performance across all cave zones.
Community Cave Leaderboard: Focuses on players mining in the Community Cave.
Matrix Land Cave Leaderboard: Specific to players mining within Matrix Land.
SOUL Dragon Cave Leaderboard: Dedicated to those mining in the exclusive SOUL Dragon Cave.
Points are crucial in determining your rank on the leaderboard. These points can only be earned through successful mining, with different block types yielding varying point values:

The more valuable the block you mine, the more points you accumulate, which helps you climb higher on the leaderboards.
Please be aware that during the Crystal Caves Open Beta, we are actively testing the game mechanics, systems, and user experience. While we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, unforeseen issues may arise. In the event that a critical bug is encountered, as defined in our Bug Bounty Program, the following measures will be taken:
Immediate Halt of Bug Bounty Program: The bug bounty program will be paused temporarily to prevent further exploitation of the issue.
Temporary Suspension of Rewards: To maintain fairness and balance within the game, reward distribution may be temporarily suspended. Any rewards during the period affected by the bug will not be claimable.
Snapshot-Based Reward Distribution: Once a critical bug is identified, a snapshot of the player rankings and mining data from the previous day will be taken. Rewards will be calculated and distributed based on this snapshot, ensuring that no progress or achievements are lost due to the bug.
Resolution and Communication: Our team will work diligently to resolve any critical issues. Players will be informed via official channels regarding the bug status, expected resolution time, and resumption of the bug bounty and reward distribution.
Final Adjustments: After resolving the bug, we will assess if further adjustments to the game mechanics or reward structure are necessary. We will ensure transparency with players and make any changes clear before reactivating the Bug Bounty Program.
